"You are not a human being in search of a spiritual experience. You are a spiritual being immersed in a human experience.”

Interfaith Campus Minstries at UMSL:
Mission Statement
Interfaith Campus Ministries is a collection of religious organizations with a presence on the University of Missouri-St. Louis campus. Many faith traditions are represented, including Jewish, Christian, and Muslim. Working together in a spirit of respect for one another’s beliefs, Interfaith Campus Ministries strives to do two things. First, IFCM serves as ‘religious headquarters’ for the U.M.-St. Louis community. Students can come to the Interfaith Campus Ministries office to collect information and answer questions regarding the various organizations involved on campus. Second, IFCM provides programming for the campus community that models respect and appreciation for all the world’s faith traditions. Programs sponsored by Interfaith Campus Ministries have included Hunger Awareness Week, Homelessness Awareness Week, and Alternative Spring Break service opportunities.
The Interfaith Campus Ministries office is located in the Office of Student Life on the 3rd floor of the Millennium Student Center. For more information, contact Fr. Bill Kempf at (314) 385-3455.
