Catholic Newman Center invites you to help students help others
The Catholic Newman Center is selling Raffle tickets to help benefit Service Opportunities performed by our very own Newman Center Students. Our big goal is to send students to Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota (our nation’s poorest county) to help rebuild relationships, homes, and lives. We hope to do this in May.
Remember, the tickets are a one time $100 tax deductible donation. Go in on one ticket if you want to…. The program will run from October- April. At the end of each month (October-April) there will be a drawing and a lucky winner will win $100. Their name is put back in the “pot”. They are eligible to win again. Our first drawing is Oct 31, 2009.
At the end of April, one winner will win 10% of the total memberships collected. For example, if we sell 100 tickets, the winner will win $1,000. You never know, it could be you!!!
