JustFaith Group
Once a month, TBA
How are we as Catholics called to respond to the injustices we see in this world? Come join us once a month to discuss hot topics like the food crisis, immigration, the death penalty and more! It will be a casual discussion with participation encouraged, we will start with an overview of the facts, so we're all equally informed and then will open it up. Come to learn, share, listen, or just come for the treats! No commitment required, come to as many sessions as you can!
Contact Laura if you have suggestions: lardz2@umsl.edu
Wednesday's
Noon at the Nosh
Last Wednesday of every month
Ever wanted to dine with the CNC staff? Our Wednesday's Noon at the
Nosh is your perfect opportunity! Fr. Bill, Liz, and Kay will
be in the Nosh Cafeteria on the first floor of the MSC
waiting to dine with YOU (maybe they will even have some
free dessert for you)! Look for us every last Wednesday of the month.
"Variety Prayer" Group
Thursdays, 6:30pm
Join us as we expand our rosary prayer group to include not only rosary, but many kinds of prayer. Every Thursday, we will either say the rosary or pray a new variety of prayer--suggestions are welcome. So far we have ideas that include: Liturgy of the Hours, Taize Prayer, Centering Prayer, Meditation, Ignatian Prayer, and Faith Sharing! This Thursday we will pray Rosary Mysteries and discuss variety prayer next week: Prayers for those in Purgatory. See you there! Everyone is welcome, there is no commitment or experience necessary.
