The Shoeman Water Project
Bring your used shoes to the Newman Center to donate them to this worthy project! Shoes will be sold to vendors in Kenya, Haiti and South America, providing affordable shoes and jobs for those communities. All proceeds then go to funding water purification systems, well drilling rigs and training programs to bring clean, fresh water to those who thirst. UMSL is competing against Wash. U. and SLU to see who can collect the most shoes, so bring them in! Place all shoes in the box at Newman. Email Teddy Binkholder with any questions ( email@example.com).
